This is another collaborative effort to beautify the beach area behind the Shoop Park Golf Course north to the Wind Point Lighthouse. Volunteers will meet at the Shoop Park Golf Course Clubhouse (4510 Lighthouse Dr, Racine, WI 53402) right before 11:00 am, and then we will head down to the beach area to pull debris, garbage, and litter out of the sand, rocks, and walkway.
We will then gather back in the clubhouse at noon to discuss what we collected with a delicious pizza luncheon. This is a great way for youth organizations to earn volunteer hours.
