Before requesting a sub, have you considered the following options?
1. Are you able to switch your tutoring day to a different day that week?
2. Are you able to switch days with your co-tutor?
3. Is your co-tutor able to cover your session?

Use this form to request coverage for your tutoring sessions. You are able to request for up to 6 dates on one submission. If you tutor at more than one school, a different form will need to be filled out for each school.
Requests that are received less than one week before the requested date will not be added to the substitute request list. If your date is less than a week away, you can try options 1 or 2 or 3 listed above OR notify your teacher that you will be absent that day.
Requesting a substitute does not guarantee that the tutoring session will be covered.
Email notification will go out to you, your teacher and your substitute with information on changes for that day.
