Leadership Giving
United Way's Beacon Circle Leadership Giving Program is designed for those who are willing to demonstrate a commitment to community leadership with gifts of $1,000 or more. This is an easy strategy to implement in any company, regardless of size, and can be an excellent source of new dollars for your campaign. Those who qualify also can get special recognition for their generous gift.
Beacon Circle Gift Levels:
- Bronze Circle $1,000-$1,749
- Copper Circle $1,750-$2,499
- Silver Circle $2,500-$4,999
- Gold Circle $5,000-$7,499
- Diamond Circle $7,500-$9,999

Loyal Contributors
We are beginning efforts to recognize the long-term commitment many donors have made to our community. Please note the question on the pledge forms provided by United Way, "I have given to United Way for ___ years." If your company does not use the United Way pledge forms, please consider adding this question to your own form.
Endowment & Planned Giving
United Way of Racine County maintains an endowment and planned giving program. This enables people to give in other ways besides the annual campaign. United Way's endowment funds are held by the Racine Community Foundation, as is the Success by 6® Endowment for early childhood development, established in 1998 through the generosity of a challenge grant gift from Sam and Gene Johnson.
If you would like to discuss the United Way of Racine County Endowment, Success by 6® Endowment or planned giving, please contact Dave Maurer, President, at 262-898-2248.
