Giving Tuesday

So, what is Giving Tuesday?
After Black Friday and Cyber Monday—days dedicated to shopping—Giving Tuesday (the Tuesday after Thanksgiving) is dedicated to celebrating and supporting giving and philanthropy.
It's a global movement, and United Way of Racine County is excited to take part again this year. We know a thing or two about harnessing the generosity of people to bring about real change in our community.
On Tuesday, November 28, join us. Get involved. Share your story. Spread the word. Giving Tuesday is all about social media and collaboration, and is the ideal platform for encouraging the donation of time, resources, and talents to address local challenges. It also brings together the collective power of a unique blend of partners—nonprofits, civic organizations, businesses and corporations, as well as families and individuals—to encourage and amplify small acts of kindness.
If you haven't given yet, now's your chance. If you have, tell a friend. This is a perfect example of what it means to mobilize the caring power of Racine County to improve lives and transform our community.
