Dinner Options:

Standard Meal (Gluten-Free): 
Chicken breast topped with spinach and cheese stuffing. Served with lemon butter sauce
Twice baked potato casserole
Corn with peppers and onion

Vegetarian Meal (Gluten-Free):
Stuffed Portabella

Both meals served with Strawberry Arugula Salad and Cheesecake (dessert is not gluten-free)
