Project-specific Data

In accordance with the project MOU, this report will include the following elements: 

  • Engagement – a record of attendance and number of hours of participation at veteran community events and activities; social media posts and press releases/coverage that identify the participant.
  • Civic Participation/National Service – field work performance evaluations of the individual veteran participants to be conducted by the Squad Leader (Field Projects Supervisor).
  • Industry Credentials and Experiential Learning – an updated resume that reflects credentials, skills and experience acquired through classroom/online instruction and experiential learning; certificates of course completion, licenses and other industry credentials.
  • Empowerment – survey responses through a participatory culturally responsive evaluation with thematic coding that identifies statistical changes in participant optimism, self-confidence, self-worth and family stability.
  • Earnings – pay stubs and W-2 statements.
