Within each priority area, outcomes have been determined that lead to our overall goal of “advancing the common good.” This means ensuring that people in our community have opportunities for better lives by addressing the education, income and health needs of all. On an annual basis, United Way of Racine County compiles a comprehensive report showing statistical trends for specific indicators identified by the board, staff and community investment volunteers as important to track as they help volunteers understand the context in which outcomes can be achieved.
