Annual Application Process
United Way of Racine County accepts and reviews applications for annual funding through the investment committees once each calendar year and funding is provided for the fiscal year July 1–June 30. All applications must be submitted through United Way’s Community Investment website.
The deadline is November 15 for any organization to submit their completed eligibility form with required documents or any existing partner provider to request an additional program profile be added in order for access to submit an application that is due on March 1 the following year. Approved organizations will be issued a password that allows access to United Way’s Partner Provider Community Investment website and the application form. Partner providers will see the additional approved program added to their profile section.
|January||In January, United Way of Racine County will open the application for the upcoming year through the Partner Provider Community Investment website and notify all partner providers and approved organizations.|
Deadline for submitting applications. Applications must be submitted online through the Partner Provider Community Investment website.
Organizations/programs must have all of their up-to-date, required compliance documents uploaded to the Partner Provider Community Investment website in order to submit their applications.
|May||Investment committees make their recommendations to the Community Investment Committee and United Way of Racine County Board for program funding based on careful review of the applications, site visit discussions and committee level discussions. A program score sheet provides the basis for funding discussions.|
