2-1-1 @ IMPACT is a FREE information and referral service hotline available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to all Racine County residents as well as Milwaukee, Kenosha, Ozaukee and Washington Counties. 2-1-1 provides a quick, easy-to-remember way to access community information like:
- Basic human services
- Medical and mental health services
- Financial and legal assistance
- Programs for children, youth and families
- Opportunities to give help
- Support for community crisis or disaster recovery

Nonprofit organizations and government agencies can be listed as well as their programs or services. These organizations and agencies must provide health or human services to Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Ozaukee and Washington County residents in order to be listed in the database.
